iPhoto è l’applicazione Apple più usata. Inserita nel pacchetto iLife ’09, pre-installata su tutti i Mac, permette di organizzare e migliorare le fotografie scattate con la propria fotocamera digitale. Molteplici sono le funzioni a disposizione, da quelle prettamente dedicate all’organizzazione, come la creazione di Album, Album smart, il riconoscimento facciale, il geotagging e i contrassegni, a quelle per il miglioramento dei colori, gli effetti speciali, l’eliminazione di macchie e dell’effetto occhi rossi, ritagli e raddrizzamenti.
Per velocizzare l’uso di questa selva di funzioni utili, Apple ha pubblicato un elenco (in inglese) di tutte le scorciatoie da tastiera per iPhoto. Eccole divise per argomento:
